States' Rights & Religious Principles

About

Founded on March 6, 2002, the States' Liberty Party focuses on States' rights and reestablish of the principles of religion.

Repeal of the Seventeenth Amendment is a foremost goal, so that the 50 state legislatures may regain their representation in Washington and again be an equal partner with the people in administering federal power.

The 1940's era U.S. Supreme Court began "incorporating" the Bill of Rights into the Fourteenth Amendment, changing US law and violating the First Amendment right of citizens to the free exercise of religion with incorporation of the federal Establishment Clause so that it applies also to the States. The States' Liberty Party will work to see that incorporation is overturned and the people are again free to practice religion in the public institutions which they pay for and maintain without fear of oppression from Washington.

The moral values taught by religion have begun to unravel in recent years, after three generations of children were raised in state institutions, barred by federal law from teaching religion.

Unborn babies and children are granted a "bill of rights" by founders of religions throughout the world. The States' Liberty Party seeks to restore these rights by education or by law, on the will of the people in  the various separate states.
